Simpson Helmet Sizing Chart: Using a cloth tape measure, measure around the head, beginning right above the brow or convert your fitted hat size:
XS = 52 – 54 cm or Hat Size 6 5/8 - 6 3/4,
SM = 54 – 56 cm or Hat Size 6 7/8 - 7,
MD = 56 – 58 cm or Hat Size 7 1/8 - 7/14,
LG = 58 – 60 cm or Hat Size 7 3/8 - 7 1/2,
XL = 60 – 62 cm or Hat Size 7 5/8 - 7 3/4,
XXL = 62 – 64 cm or Hat Size 7 7/8 - 8
For those right on the mark, it is best to round down since it is preferable to have a tighter fitting helmet rather than a loose fitting helmet.
